I have made a new category, health. It should be about health, haha, course! no, whatever, i have no idea what to write so here is the reason why I created this category.
I found an intresting blog with some smart health tips about teeth, hair and skin.
This girl has compared this two toothpastes and it turned out that the toothpaste at the top (Colgate Sensation White with Micro-Cleansing Crystals) was better than the famous PEPSODENT WHITE NOW. That I should try :)
She has facial masks too! This I tried.
Against acne and pimples:
A wedge of lemon
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 cup water
Mix ingredients together and then carefully dab the skin with this. Focus on the parts where you often get pimples or acne. This face mask contains rich in vitamin c which makes you both look fresher and Freshener out. In addition, work it into the pores and removes excess fat, which often leads to acne. Then wash your face with lukewarm water.

a new lifestyle
is exactly what I have started right now. Of course I don't think that I'm fat or unhealthy, I just wanted to changes some things in my lifestyle. Improve a little bit.
* run once a week, at least
* eat more vegetables
* eat two fruits a day
* not eat so much sweets
* eat better breakfasts like porridge.
* get a better sleep, at least 9 hours sleep
We will see how this goes :)

Okej, where do I start! When we went the first year of high school we had a great swedish teacher who gave us assignment every lesson and entertained us all the time. Now we have a boring lame woman who only stand and talk about diffrent kinds of old swedish (runsvenska, fornsvenska ..) and she babbling and babbling and babbling even more and no one in the class think is intresting at all! Suddenly, she says that we should have an accounting in 1 week on what we've learned about Old Swedish, and the week after she put up a sample. God! we get no time at all, and here I sit now with a fat swedishbook in hand and try to figure out what I'm going to study at. I get ZERO, and I will fail so hard! GIVE ME MY LAST TEACHER BACK .....
