a new lifestyle

is exactly what I have started right now. Of course I don't think that I'm fat or unhealthy, I just wanted to changes some things in my lifestyle. Improve a little bit.

* run once a week, at least
* eat more vegetables
* eat two fruits a day
* not eat so much sweets
* eat better breakfasts like porridge.
* get a better sleep, at least 9 hours sleep






We will see how this goes :)
